Content Focused Coaching
Before turning her attention to literacy instruction, Katherine worked as a math teacher leader in New York City's District 2 under the guidance of Lucy West. Through her Content-Focused Coaching model, Lucy helped Katherine transform her classroom instruction, deepen her understanding of mathematics, and develop her interest in instructional coaching.
